Consultant & educator

Connect ideas.
Inform decisions.
Help people grow.

I’m Frédéric Bouzy. For more than thirty years, I have explored the connections between technology, organisations and people. Complexity thinking now brings coherence to my consultancy and teaching.

A journey, a way of thinking

I have learnt to read
between the lines.

An IT system, a business and a classroom have something in common: their future depends as much on relationships as on their individual components.

Engineering taught me to understand systems. International business development exposed me to different cultures and ways of making decisions. Entrepreneurship taught me to act. Teaching gave me another horizon: turning experience into a resource for others.

This journey shaped the way I support people: looking at the whole, making interactions visible and creating the conditions for informed decisions.

The story of my journey

“A good decision starts with a better understanding of what connects us.”

MY CONVICTION

Complexity in practice

A way of thinking
that leads to action.

When everything seems connected, we need to distinguish dependencies, tensions and opportunities for action. I use this perspective to advise organisations and design learning experiences.

01

Consultancy with the whole picture in view

Data governance, digital transformation and compliance: placing each issue within the practices, responsibilities and decisions that give it meaning.

02

Learning to think and act

Real situations, projects and conversations to develop judgement, share knowledge and strengthen independence.

Experience to share.
A perspective to develop.

Through LEGATRA, I support organisations with data governance and transformation. At ESDIC, academic leadership allows me to design programmes that connect knowledge, skills and professional realities.

Two settings, one ambition: helping people understand enough to decide and act for themselves.
