The guiding thread
Experience
as living material.
A career can be read as a sequence of roles. I prefer to see it as a succession of learning environments.
Each change of context taught me to question my certainties. Across Boston, Houston, Paris, Geneva, London and Toronto, I encountered different ways of building trust, making decisions and sharing knowledge.
Complexity thinking allows me to connect these experiences. It helps me look for interactions, take context seriously and make room for what cannot be predicted.
Since 2025Building an academic vision
At ESDIC, as Academic Director and Associate Director, I help define the school’s vision. I design programmes in digital marketing, data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, focusing on the coherence of skills and professional situations.
2022 to 2025Bringing several schools together around a common direction
Within Groupe EDH, I lead apprenticeship and continuing education activities. The remit includes EFAP, Brassart, ICART and IFA. This experience deepens my work on governance, teams and quality requirements.
2019 to 2022Leading and connecting disciplines
At IPSSI, I lead the institution and its teaching, with responsibility for cybersecurity, cloud, web and big data programmes. Coordination between France and Toronto further broadens my understanding of learning contexts.
From 2018Putting data at the service of trust
Data governance consultancy and training become central to my journey, particularly through LEGATRA. At REGDATA in Geneva, and through my continuing work in data security, I bring technical issues closer to practice and responsibility.
2010 to 2019Building businesses and teaching
I establish SOFT IQ / SOFT IQ DISTRIBUTION between Houston and Paris and develop a Microsoft training and certification centre. Alongside this, I teach in higher education on Bachelor’s, Master’s and MBA programmes in data, marketing and digital subjects.
2001 to 2010Developing on a European scale
At Iron Mountain Digital in Boston, I am Managing Director for Southern Europe and Benelux. Establishing subsidiaries, building partnerships and training clients lead me to connect international strategy with the realities of practice.
1999 to 2001Opening new markets
As Vice-President Europe of Mission Critical Software, between Houston and Paris, I contribute to launching European subsidiaries, commercial strategy and preparations for the initial public offering.
1987 to 1999The first foundations
Project management at SEEE, followed by marketing at HARTING and AMP, then sales and marketing leadership at SOLERI CSS, lay the foundations of a career connecting technology with organisational development.
